View the Incoming Request Log
Role: Company Administrator.
The Incoming Request Log enables the central logging and reporting of any HTTPS GET API requests (also known as HTTP API requests). It allows a company administrator to view details of all incoming HTTPS requests that have been made from the HTTPS GET API, and is useful for debugging any problems that may arise.
Steps
- Open the Incoming Request Log page (click
> Administration sidebar > Incoming Request Log). - Enter a date range in the Date From and Date To fields (the date format is dd/mm/yyyy).
- Click Search.
- To view the details of a listed request click Details beside it.
The listing expands to display additional details. - To close the detailed view click Details again.
