Log in to and log out of the contact portal
Two types of users have permission to access your company’s Whispir contact portal:
- Whispir users: They use their Whispir platform username and password to log in.
- Active contacts: These are contacts who have been invited to become active contacts, which gives them access to the portal. See Invite and manage active contacts.
Log in to the contact portal
- Navigate to your company’s contact portal web page.
If you don’t know the address contact the Whispir Support Team (support@whispir.com). - Enter your user or active contact username and password.
- Click Login.
The contact portal opens at the My Profile page.
Log out of the contact portal
- In the menu on the left of the portal page click Logout.
You’re returned to the contact portal login page.
